Course Objectives :
This workshop is designed to furbish Line Managers with advanced skills relating to the management of Locally Employed Civilians within BFG.
During the course, the following issues will be addressed:
a. Coaching
- What coaching involves, the benefits, the key principles and questioning
techniques and types of questions.
b. Workplace Aggression*
- Recognising and coping with aggression in the workplace.
c. Counselling in the Workplace
- What workplace counselling involves, the key principles, and when and how
it should be conducted.
