This workshop is designed to furbish Line Managers with advanced skills relating to the management of Locally Employed Civilians within BFG.

During the course, the following issues will be addressed:

a. Coaching
- What coaching involves, the benefits, the key principles and questioning
techniques and types of questions.
b. Workplace Aggression*
- Recognising and coping with aggression in the workplace.
c. Counselling in the Workplace
- What workplace counselling involves, the key principles, and when and how
it should be conducted.

Who should attend?
The workshop will benefit any individual who has previously attended the Unit Line Manager’s three day workshop and the Advanced I workshop
who wishes to enhance their managerial knowledge and be kept up to
date with new legislation and new methods associated to Human
Resource Management.
