Course Objectives :
This workshop is designed to furbish Line Managers with advanced skills relating to the management of Locally Employed Civilians within BFG.

b. Behavioural Interviewing - Its purpose, why should I use it? What
advantages does it bring?
c. Constructive Criticism - Its purpose, why should I use it? What advantages does it bring?
d. Changes in Labour Legislation that may be of relavance.
