This workshop is designed to furbish Line Managers with advanced skills relating to the management of Locally Employed Civilians within BFG.

During the course, the following issues will be addressed:

a. Motivating the Workforce through Informing and Involving.
b. Behavioural Interviewing - Its purpose, why should I use it? What
advantages does it bring?
c. Constructive Criticism - Its purpose, why should I use it? What advantages does it bring?
d. Changes in Labour Legislation that may be of relavance.

The workshop will benefit any individual who has previously attended the Unit Line Manager’s three day workshop who wishes to enhance their managerial knowledge and be kept up to date with new legislation and new methods associated to Human Resource Management.
