a. The MOD structure.

b. How the services are integrated within the MOD.

c. The chain of command.

d. The structure and role of headquarters and staff branches.

e. Defence writing including security and the use of discriptors.

f. Communications.

g. Use of abbreviations.

h. Publications.

Who should attend?

Locally Employed Civilians new to BFG in any appointment who may now be working for the Ministry of Defence at either formation headquarters or unit level for the first time. It is stressed that much of this workshop will be aimed at those working in the clerical field. Other employees who wish to broaden their knowledge of the organisation for which they work are also welcome to attend however.
